What you’ll be responsible for:
As the voice of the SeedInvest brand, you will be responsible for planning, writing, and editing SeedInvest content across our marketing funnel. From long-form blog posts to case studies, email newsletters, and whitepapers, you will make the process of investing and fundraising easy for our audience. We’re looking for a great writer with a passion for the VC space, a keen eye for SEO, and the ability to communicate clearly and with personality.
What you'll work on:
- Writing well-researched content quickly, experimenting with format and tone to optimize for traffic and engagement
- Managing the SeedInvest content calendar – coming up with new ideas, assigning posts, and reviewing content regularly
- Editing content crafted by others for clarity, accuracy, and impact
- Working closely with key stakeholders to develop the demand generation content flow, including downloads, gated content, and landing pages
- Leveraging SEO best practices to publish high-performing search driven content that drives increased monthly site traffic

What you’ll bring to SeedInvest
- 4+ years of working experience
- 3+ years of experience in an editorial environment or in content at high growth startups
- Passion for the VC/startup ecosystem is a must. Understanding of key players, terms, and content strategies is a strong plus
- Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
