Content Strategist
We are looking for a smart writer with strong visual design sensibilities to help ensure customer insights are socialized and communicated in a way that maximizes and creates lasting impact with stakeholders, especially executive leadership.
As a content designer on the Experience Insights team, you will work closely with the team to envision, create, and maintain a wide variety of informational artifacts that the team generates for the Commercial Bank organization.
The ideal candidate will craft both language and visual design to produce highly engaging and compelling outputs that become seen as essential by stakeholders; and nimbly develop effective content across diverse mediums such as presentation decks, email newsletters, and magazine layouts.

You’re a gifted writer and strategist who sees words as an incredibly powerful tool for inspiring and motivating people through storytelling and crisp, informative resources. You’re a master at writing headlines, copy, and longer-form pieces of content. You understand how to use words to spur conversation, interaction, and action, and you are deeply knowledgeable about how to best connect with your audience, delivering the right message at the right time.

What you will do :
Manage and improve upon our ongoing communications projects, such as research newsletters, personas, and foundational resources that explain our customers’ key goals, needs, and perspective
Create new solutions and approaches for achieving our communications goals
Write and edit content for the team’s annual report
Establish practical style guides

Take initiative, not afraid to fail, ask thoughtful questions, and constantly seek better ways of working and communicating
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience with journalism, content creation, editorial, technical writing, UX writing, or information architecture disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with and communicating user research insights in a tech and corporate environment
2+ years of experience with digital content strategy
1+ years of experience communicating quantitative data
2+ years of visual or UI design, including experience building customer journey maps
Proficient using Adobe InDesign
Experience editing and designing magazine layouts
Experience crafting effective, business-oriented slides and decks for an executive, corporate audience
