We are currently seeking a Content Strategist to join our growing Content team. We are passionate about crafting effective customer experiences and shaping the direction of our user experience by giving content a voice in the design process.

What You'll Do:
You'll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
Collaboration & Connection
- Collaborating with designers, product, technology, and business teams across geographies to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience
- Advocating for the customer through human-centered design methods, ensuring our products speak their language
- Embracing and advocating for an experience mindset - this is as important to the work as the results
Discovery & Delivery
- Create content for our app, website, and digital communications including email, text, and push notifications, and some direct mail letters, to create a seamless experience for our customers
- Write intuitive, clear and relevant copy that helps users navigate with ease through digital products. This might include menus, definitions, buttons, labels, error messages, product/feature tiles and more
- Help set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points
- As a stellar writer, your portfolio of work demonstrates content that simplifies and beautifies the overall user experience
- Partner with a variety of UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and business analysts to understand customer needs as you strive to establish a cohesive language and unified voice
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects with a keen attention to detail and work with leadership to set goals, prioritize and inform roadmaps
- Creating new content experiences, and guiding others in the process
- Adhering to compliance requirements and brand standards, using natural language and content standards
- Provide direction and mentorship to writers and support to peers
Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience writing for UX, digital communications and/or other content creation
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience writing for UX, digital communications and/or other content creation
- Experience writing for accounts and dashboards capabilities and/or service agents or the like
- Comfortable working with a variety of business partners and levels to collaboratively deliver outcomes
- Familiarity with working in an established brand voice
- Familiarity working with legal/risk stakeholders and evolving content to meet regulatory requirements while serving customers
- Ability to thrive in high-intensity, startup-like environment juggling multiple and changing priorities and timelines
- Aptitude for quick creative thinking, acute attention to detail and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
