Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Support the creative ideation and delivery of a target account experience strategy to support ABM growth initiatives across our key accounts.
- Partner with ABM leads in the field to design & execute 1:1, 1:few, and broad-based marketing initiatives across different channels to meet pipeline requirements
- Evaluate, select and manage vendors and agencies with expertise to help us scale and deliver on our experience strategy to translate goals into deliverables
- Partner with our brand team and be the 'guardian angel' to ensure an on-brand look and feel is successfully implemented across projects, and maintain consistency across all channels
- Partner with teams to develop inspiring, strategic, & effective messaging
- Stay on top of the competitive design landscape to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends
- Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales and field marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of channels
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes to deliver the right message, to the right person at the right time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Ability to build and manage program key dependencies to drive the desired outcomes
- Relationship building: Must be able to quickly establish senior executive level relationship and trust
- Writing Skills: Ability to review/edit content with opinion and writing skills
- Leadership and influence: Ability to help lead, guide and influence across the company to develop and deliver to video plan and common objectives
- Proven track record of planning, executing and delivering commercial goals through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
- Strategic thinker / problem solver.
- Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate will have a curious mind, with an appetite to learn new things.
- Strong team player able to think and plan strategically with a bias toward execution.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects (Photoshop and Illustrator a plus)
- Candidate should have 7-10 years of marketing experience in high technology.
- Able to guide and lead great creative work from concept to execution. Not afraid to brainstorm, design, write and craft creative
- A portfolio featuring a wide range of creative and integrated campaigns, a diversity of ideas, and approaches to problem solving.
- Hands-on data and analytics experience using CRM and/or marketing automation software required.
- Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience managing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns.
- A strong desire to be challenged and constantly improving and adapting skills.
- Experience working with sales, partners, and customers.
- Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, time management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and respect for company spending processes.
- Adaptability and quick thinking for times when projects change, timelines shift, or scopes vary. Knowledge around how to navigate these situations and ability to mitigate issues as they arise.

Work Personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
