Fetch is a build-first technology company creating a rewards program to power the world. Over the last 5 years, we’ve grown from 0 to 14M active users and taken over the rewards game in the US with our free app. The foundation has been laid. In the next 5 years, we will become a global platform that completely transforms how people connect with brands. 

It all comes down to two core beliefs. First, that people deserve to be rewarded when they create value. If a third party directly benefits from an action you take or data you provide, you should be rewarded for it. And not just the “you get to use our product!” cop-out. We’re talkin’ real, explicit value. Fetch points, perhaps. Second, we also believe brands need a better and more direct connection with what matters most to them: their customers. Brands need to understand what people are doing and have a direct line to be able to do something about it. Not just advertise, but ACT. Sounds nice right?

About the role

Fetch Rewards' next step in elevating the way we connect with current and future app users and business partners is to add a Content Producer to the team. You will work with individuals throughout the company to generate a range of engaging and ownable content, both video and stills. If you’re the kind of person who has a knack for finding creative ways of bringing creative work to life, then we should definitely chat. What you’ll do

• Facilitate the production of elite content for both B2C and B2B audiences
• Oversee the completion of content produced by internal and external resources, including:
  • • Testimonial videos (users, employees, partners)
    • Digital ads
    • Social content
    • B2B capabilities videos
    • CEO-hosted videos
    • Ongoing video series
    • Merch store photo shoots
    • Partner product shoots

• Assess project briefs and requests to determine if projects should be handled by the Fetch team or a production partner
• Manage budgets and timelines
• Help manage projects from kick-off, concepting and pre-production, to production and post-production
• Advise the Fetch team on efficiencies and best practices for creating a wealth of content 

How you’ll do it

• Rely heavily on your expertise and experience in bringing concepts to life
• Work with creatives to understand vision and expectations before arriving on a path forward
• Source external resources when needed, including production companies, freelancers, post-production vendors and more
• Make sure that the content we put out in the world does not put us in a legally vulnerable position
• Act as the liaison between different Fetch departments, as well as Fetch and external production partners
• Manage processes like casting, stock licensing and contract negotiations 
• Look for efficient ways to get as much content out of each project that comes your way
• Help prioritize the completion of projects
• Lean into your established network of professional contacts and vendors

Who you’ll work with

• Work closely with Fetch’s marketing, product, and partner development teams
• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, illustrators, writers, motion designers and other people at Fetch to produce market-ready content
• Team with Project Manager to manage workloads, timing and trafficking of projects and project assets
• Look to general counsel when questions arise about messaging or usage of logos and personalities
• Work with Fetch leadership to understand expectations of Fetch content, and how it reflects our company and values
