Content Manager | Brand Manager

Job Purpose

 LTK (formerly Like.to.Know.it and RewardStyle) is looking for a best-in-class Brand Manager to help us create brand and work in partnership with our Agency of Record to create best-in-class campaigns that drive results and connect us to culture. The person in this role must be passionate about creator commerce and our current verticals (fashion, beauty, home, fitness) and have demonstrated experience working with external agencies and re-launching a website. You must be nimble and eager to scale the LTK  brand in a complex and evolving environment. You are a self-starter, creative thinker, and are always up-to-date on the latest trends. This role reports to our Sr. Director of Content Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Generate insights and write briefs for in-house creative + content teams and Agency of Record to drive marketing results and create best-in-class content for owned channels and creative for paid channels.
  • Manage meeting cadence, creative timelines and traffic campaign assets in partnership with Agency of Record campaigns. 
  • Manage a small team of in-house content marketers working on content for web, email and paid media campaigns.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to reimagine our content strategy for web in partnership with stakeholders from growth marketing, influencer marketing and product. Drive 2022 content planning for our key verticals (fashion, home, beauty, fitness, kids).
  • Own content calendar for web, coordinate with growth marketing team to fulfill email and paid media content needs and timelines. 


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years brand management experience in-house at on a team at an agency. (Leading candidates will have experience in influencer marketing, fashion, beauty, home or retail.) If in-house 1-2 years working with an external agency preferred. 
  • 1-2 years experience managing copywriters, freelance writers,  and editors
  • Experience integrating an agency creative team with internal teams preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and project manage your own work and time.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and business acumen required to manage conflicting priorities of internal stakeholders, agency partners and leadership teams.
  • Strong work ethic and understanding that the work of our high-growth team does not always happen from 9-5.
