WE ARE A TRANSFORMATIONAL PARTNER

We marry design and engineering language in ways that produce impactful and memorable experience journeys. We partner all the way to continuously improve our clients’ digital maturity. Our Studio network brings the optimal combination of skill, scale, and cost for each stage of the product development lifecycle. And to do this we need great transformational people that want to impact the projects and organizations that they work with.

We are looking for an exceptional Content Director to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts. Core to this need are expertise in:

  • Leading content strategy, Guardian of our culture and brand voice.
Deeply understand our talent, market segment and offerings to craft content strategies that excite, engage, and create value for our various stakeholders: from potential clients, analysts and media to candidates, employees and partners. As a B2B services business within the technology space, this is an exciting and high-opportunity world for content, but also one where truly unique, informed, and visionary points of view are mandatory in order to win. You’ll spearhead our annual content plans to help drive the brand forward.
  • Being a relationship builder –
We believe that great storytelling, visionary points of view, and transformative new models delivered through content are impossible without the right input from the right people. Our Content team does not live in a vacuum, and we rely on our global team of experts to inform direction and contribute to content. You’ll be an amazing relationship builder, relentlessly knocking on doors, ‘grabbing a coffee’, hosting training sessions, and building thought leaders.
  • Being a technology nerd with a strong opinion -
While listening to our teams and building relationships is critical, you’ll personally bring points of view and strong curiosity to your work. As a contributor to our content, you’ll build a personal brand while building the company’s messaging.
  • Balancing contribution with leadership –
You’ll manage a medium-sized team of contributors across copy, social media, PR, and even video through a matrixed management structure. While managing the team’s day to day is an important part of this role, you’ll also be responsible personally for spearheading the drafting of our most key pieces and supporting executive leadership in personal pieces as well.
  • Operationalizing the content engine —
Look for ways to improve our content pipeline and its reporting system. Metrics are key to our business and validation of our work. You’ll help to lead the content engine in not only strategy, but also in reporting on progress, blockers, and success.
  • Managing agency services —
We at times produce content for clients and for our partners as part of our work. This is a relatively small but critical aspect of the content leader’s job and you’ll be key in discussing content priorities directly with clients in relation to key projects while also coordinating your contributor team for the execution of their work.
  • Bringing diversity in content experience and a strong point of view on process --
You will inform our teams on process and best practices across many content categories including scripts, video production guidance, blog posting, whitepapers, one-pagers, web copy, case studies, press releases, social media copy (though you will not be our social team manager) and more.
  • Being the key editor for all key communications and marketing content --
As a global team, we have a strong pipeline of content. The content leader will coordinate or manage review of all key internal communications and external marketing collateral to ensure proper language, consistency with style guide, and clarity.
