Position Overview

In the Innovation Hub, we tackle big strategic goals by prototyping and developing solutions that we can scale across the business.

In this role, you will be part of the Innovation Hub team reporting to the Innovation Hub Director. You will be responsible for the development of internal and customer facing materials. You'll support designers, engineers, and researchers to conduct user research, prototype and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation of customer facing content that supports prototyping efforts and solution development
  • Leverage your expertise to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate content for those challenges
  • Manage the production of specific content assets required by customers to implement and adopt solutions
  • Review and asses existing content for reuse and identify gaps or requirements
  • Work with SMEs from other divisions for content creation.
  • Manage external vendors, partners and consultants for outsourcing content creation
  • Collect and document best practices on content planning, development and delivery



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in content development, technical writing and/or communications
  • Understanding of content management, content design, technical writing
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working effectively with global/virtual teams
