Are you looking to grow your skills as a cinematic videographer? Are you interested in learning how you can use video to tell stories and influence people to make a buying decision? Do you want to be part of an exciting content team and get paid to make awesome videos?
Levelset is looking for a skilled video producer. You’ll have the flexibility to create different types of content from educational courses, brand awareness videos, documentaries, product videos, webinars, YouTube tutorials and anything else you can dream of. You’ll be responsible for editing and shooting all internal and external videos as working with the senior producer to assistant edit and bcam on larger projects.

You’ll be working with a team of New Orleans’ most skilled marketers, designers, content writers, data analysts, PR professionals, videographers and more. Our video marketing expert with years of video production experience will coach you to build a successful content program that can contribute to your professional portfolio. 

You will be learning quickly and constantly to grow your skills and processes as a videographer and persuasive marketer. You will be given the tools and the coaching you need to succeed in this role, and in all future video production roles, you desire.

In this role, you will touch many components of the video production process. From conception to filming, to editing and launching. You will have the ability to build a strong portfolio of work.

In this role, you will:

• Learn the inner workings of a high growth tech company
• Conceptualize video ideas that will drive revenue or customer engagement
• Manage the workflow between multiple video projects such as pre production, editing, and video data analytics.
• Give technical feedback to junior producers on current projects
• Shoot video while running sound for on-site videos or interviews, at times working with multi camera setups and multiple microphone inputs
• Record and edit a variety of projects such as interviews, b-roll, training videos, event videos, announcements, social media videos, external facing videos and executive suite video projects
• Analyze data from social media (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) to determine the best videos to produce
• Collaborate closely with internal departments on projects and assignments.

What you bring:

• 2-3 years of experience shooting and editing video in a production environment
  Experience with Premiere Pro and a basic understanding of After Effects
• Proficiency with sound editing with Adobe Audition, general color correcting
• Experience managing and providing feedback to junior creatives
• Experience building creative briefs, video outlines, pre-production documents and working with a brand and brand guidelines
• Familiarity with the construction industry a plus
• Ability to independently manage time and schedule
• Marketing experience and entrepreneurial tenacity
• Experience with design and motion graphics a plus
• Having your own video equipment is not required.
