The Grubhub Restaurant Marketing team is looking for a driven and hard-working Content Marketing Associate who can hit the ground running developing content across the marketing lifecycle, including blog posts, landing page content, video content, webinar content, sales enablement content, and more. In addition, the Content Marketing Associate will help support web content optimization efforts to maximize search traffic for Grubhub for Restaurants. They should feel comfortable editing, proofreading, and crafting content ranging from blog posts, sales brochures, emails, whitepapers, guides, and more. The Content Marketing Associate will report into the Content Marketing lead on the Restaurant Marketing team.

- Editorial: You're an exceptional editor and proofreader and enjoy developing written work from draft to publication. In your life, you are always the person someone goes to for feedback or quick proof before publishing anything.
- Content Marketing: You have strong writing skills and can find the right words to promote a message across various content tactics, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and short guides.
- Digital Trends and best practices: You understand the importance of SEO best practices for digital content and love to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and more.
- Analytical: Not only are you interested in creating great content, but you also have an interest in analyzing the performance of the content using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Moz, SEMrush, or Conductor.
- Marketing software knowledge: You have experience with publishing tools such as WordPress and feel comfortable working within the Google Suite and project management software like Basecamp.
- Hungry to learn: You are excited to learn new things, test new ideas, and eager to develop professionally as a content marketer. Content marketing is constantly evolving, so the ideal candidate is ready to adapt and grow to stay on top of digital trends.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, content creation or copywriting for digital channels
- Experience creating content for digital channels such as web pages, blog posts, case studies, ebooks, webinars, interactive tools, guides, and toolkits
- Experience with content management systems (i.e., WordPress)
- Experience developing content targeting SEO keywords
- Experience with keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Moz, SEMrush, or Conductor
- Experience and interest in learning how to analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Project management/content coordination experience
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Marketing and Restaurant Network teams
