Golin is looking for our next Associate Creative Director/Copywriter to concept. Present and produce ideas for a broad range of clients. We are seeking curious, highly motivated people who are interested in what’s going on around the world and how it impacts brands. We’re looking for self-starters that not only understand trends, but who have the talent to create a few, too. We want people who can bring ideas to life, who can recognize the germ of an idea in others and help turn it into gold. We want people who love presenting their own ideas and are willing to work with others to hone them to perfection.
If you went to ad school, that’s a plus but not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker is your understanding of strategy and how to turn a good one into a brilliant idea. We’re looking for a copywriter that’s also obsessed with execution, so a little production knowledge is a plus, too.

- 4-7 years of experience in an agency environment working as a Copywriter
- Comes from a place where ideas are king
- Great presentation skills
- Experience within a public relations, ad agency or brand development setting
- Deep knowledge of digital, social, traditional and influencer communications
- Talented hands-on-creative, who is a highly conceptual thinker and a clear communicator
- Strong desire to collaborate, with a positive attitude and vision for the future
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing popular culture
- Ideally has some tech experience
