How you’ll help
As a member of the Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for getting Jellyvision’s products ready to go to the customer. As an Associate Content Manager, your role primarily revolves around working with Jellyvision proprietary software to create unique customer experiences using text and audio, ensuring they are bug-free, and delivering them on time. When not focused on customer work, you’ll support a variety of internal projects, from process documentation to cross-team collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Using a fundamental level of knowledge of our tools, products, and processes, implement custom versions of ALEX and other Jellyvision SaaS products with a focus on interactive content and the end-user experience
- Ensure that customer-specific versions of ALEX are delivered on time and error-free
- Participate in select special projects or initiatives, working with speed, quality, and careful judgment
- Use your exceptional communication skills to collaborate, including maintaining clear and thorough documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and our proprietary tools
- Provide supportive and timely customer service to coworkers across the entire company
Experience & skills you’ll need
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Effective communicator, providing clear, timely, and helpful information to others across the organization
- Able to manage complex tasks, competing priorities, and project timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, and readiness to take on unfamiliar tasks
- Strong ability to provide excellent customer service; friendly communication, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers and coworkers alike
- Drive to accomplish objectives and navigate obstacles; able to seek out resources, and push oneself and help coworkers to achieve results
- Keen eye for detail—can spot errors in spelling, grammar, and other elements related to end user experience
- Demonstrate self-awareness through proactively seeking feedback; openness to reflect and act upon areas for improvement
Nice to haves
- Experience in the world of benefits (medical, dental, life, disability, vision, FSA), working in the plan design and/or renewal process is preferred but not required
- Experience working with the Atlassian tool suite, mainly Jira and Confluence, is preferred but not required
- Experience writing web content is a bonus.
