Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, the Analyst, Digital and Video Content will act as a key member in the advancement of the communications team and will be responsible for the enhancement of our digital capabilities and the delivery of our video and digital content.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategize long-term digital content creation plans with Head of Corporate Communications and other key stakeholders within Communications and across the business.
  • Develop digital content channel strategy, which supports our overall Corporate Communications strategy.
  • Help to further develop and maintain our intranet platform, with the goal of enhancing the user experience and making the site a key destination for teammates.
  • Oversee management of our internal video production and content, in partnership with marketing.
  • Manage and oversee video pre-production, on-site production and post-production.
  • Identify best practices for video and evolve our video content as necessary.
  • Develop digital asset management system.


Requirements

  • Keen eye for digital design, design capabilities a plus.
  • Ability to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to generate accurate reporting.
  • Storytelling and creative abilities to deliver compelling, innovative content.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly among team members, business partners and content creators.
  • Strong ability to ideate and execute.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a good eye for detail.
  • Creative, results-oriented problem-solver with ability to operate across three time zones in a fast-paced environment with resilience, intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
  • An energetic team player and driven self-starter, with a positive mindset and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • General working knowledge of audio-visual equipment.
  • Tech savvy and embraces new technologies.
  • Takes ownership and sees things through.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, with 3+ years' experience in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze, willingness to learn and intellectual curiosity.
  • Interest on investments and asset management industry.



Additional Qualifications

  • Keen interest and knowledge of industry-leading strategies and methodologies, including:
    • Effective storytelling and content development and management
    • Analytics and measurement
    • Design thinking methods
  • Experience with communications tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office360, SharePoint, Poppulo)
  • Agency management skills (including briefing and budget management).
