Job Summary:

The Content Management Advisory Analyst is a professional who has a degree or ongoing studies in computer science or a similar field with a strong background in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, and Content Management System tools and works with multiple projects to provide solutions that follow up-todate standards and best practices. Level 11 is an advanced level for this role with 1-2 years of proven experience working with front-end and content management technologies are required

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of requirements and estimations.

  • Development using popular or client custom frameworks.

  • Programming and implementing self-assessment quality assurance testing and others.

  • Assisting junior resources with their assignments.

  • Looks for improvement opportunities.

  • Requires analytical thinking and attention to detail to be able to solve complex problems.

  • Interaction is directly with clients and/or interacts with client personnel and Accenture management 
    in the implementation of quality initiatives.

  • Contributes to internal documentation and shares reusable workflows or best practices for content 
    governance.

Qualifications and SkillsHTML (XHTML, HTML 5) 
  • Understand/identify the differences between HTML

  • Knowledge of web development basic standards and best practices on XHTML and HTML5

  • Performing updates of HTML copy and images using an already installed CMS

  • Develop HTML layouts from scratch using XHTML and HTML5 tags

  • Knowledge in HTML5 video, audio, canvas, SVG, forms validation and new semantic tags

  • Integrate HTML pages and modules with a server side structure – architecture

  • Develop static website architecture from scratch

  • Programming background

  • HTML5 support for older browsers

  • HTML Compliance Standards

CSS3 (cross browsing, pixel perfect concept, validation) 

  • Understand/identify the differences between CSS3 and its predecessors (CSS1, CSS2)

  • Knowledge of web development standards and best practices on CSS

  • Knowledge of concepts like resets, pixel perfect, cross browsing

  • Perform fixes in CSS

  • Develop CSS style sheets from scratch

  • Knowledge of CSS3 selectors and properties (rounded borders, gradients, nth-child, transitions, keyframes)

  • Understanding of responsive design implementation and media queries

  • Mobile Layouts Development

JS (DOM, Core, JSON, AJAX, Frameworks: jQuery, Node, Backbone, AngularJS) 

  • JavaScript knowledge (variables, statements, functions, operators)

  • Knowledge of web development basic standards and best practices for JavaScript (for example: unobtrusive events)

  • jQuery or similar framework (selectors, events, effects, animations and AJAX requests)

  • DOM Manipulation

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript libraries and components

  • Integrate and customize JavaScript modules or plugins

  • Understanding of JSON syntax

XML/JSON 

  • Understanding of XML and JSON structures Manipulation of XML and JSON files 

Front-End Tools 

  • Knowledge using web development and testing tools: Web Developer Tools in Chrome, Safari, IE, knowledge in Lighthouse 

  • Intermediate Knowledge in SVN: resolving conflicts, doing merges, creating a repository, creating a branch, creating a tag, analyzing history log and reverting to a previous version. 

  • Knowledge in FTP 

  • Pixel Perfect Tools for Firefox and Chrome 

Unit Testing / Quality Assurance 

  • Perform unit testing process for every accomplished task

  • Knowledge in QA processes 

Accessibility and Usability 

  • Knowledge of accessibility concepts applied to web sites. 

  • Knowledge of basic guidelines related to Web Accessibility Initiative. 

  • Knowledge of usability concepts applied to websites. 
     

Preferred Technology:HTML
  • Create and versioning email responsive templates

  • HTML5 Local Storage API

  • Data Attributes

CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3 cross browsing, pixel perfect concept, validation)
  • Responsive Frameworks (examples: Bootstrap, Pure, Foundation, Compass, Gumby)

  • CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS or Stylus)

  • CSS Architectures (OOCSS, SMACSS, Atomic Design, DoCSSa or MVCSS).

  • Mobile first

JS (DOM, Core, JSON, AJAX, Frameworks: jQuery, Node, Backbone, AngularJS)
  • Knowledge in MVC frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Build Tools and Workflows (examples: Grunt, Gulp, Rake, Ant, Yeoman, Bower, etc.).

  • Dependency Loaders / AMD (example: Require.js, yepnope, etc.).

  • Build Tools (examples: Grunt, Gulp, Rake, Ant, Yeoman, Bower, etc.).

  • Node.js.

Front-End Tools
  • Debugging experience on mobile devices

  • Usage of mobile emulators

  • Knowledge in SSH

  • Knowledge in Git (intermediate knowledge: pull requests, forks, branches).

Unit Testing / Quality Assurance
  • Experience with user interface and headless browsers (Selenium, PhantomJS, CasperJS, etc.).

Emails
  • Basic knowledge about email standards

  • Creating and versioning email templates

  • Responsive emails

CMS Templating
  • Proven work experience in Asset management (understand Assets and media requirements for good quality on website development and UX)

  • Advanced/Experienced Editorial Capability: add, update or remove content and images.

  • Intermediate CMS module configuration.

  • Theme updates and maintenance.

  • Maintenance of modules and templates in different CMS platforms (i.e. Drupal, WordPress, Joomla!, Tridion, Episerver, Sitecore, Teamsite).

  • Layout development.

SEO
  • Intermediate knowledge in SEO

Tracking (Analytics)
  • Integration with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

  • Integration with Adobe Analytics.

  • Web Optimization

  • Image optimization.

  • Understanding of CSS and JavaScript minify concept.

  • Experience with CSS sprites.

  • Knowledge with web performance measurements tools: PageSpeed, Lighthouse

Web Content Management
  • Proficiency with CMS tools (i.e. Drupal, WordPress, Joomla!, Tridion, Episerve, Sitecore, Teamsite)

  • Ability to Work in a Team.

  • Great oral/written Communication Skills. Creates detailed tickets, emails and other documents.
