  • Guide end-to-end content design process for the Super.com app, and strive to establish cohesive language and a unified branded voice across products and platforms
  • As the content design expert on your team, you regularly use empathy, logic and hard data to inform content choices that streamline the experience and remove friction from the experience
  • Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science, to take products from conception to launch
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and help shape product narratives, along with team direction and strategy
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and innovation within our existing content frameworks
  • Utilize data and user feedback to refine and optimize content, ensuring it meets the standards of clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness
  • Establish style guides, best practices, and standards for content across all platforms
  • Incorporate content guidelines and best practices to our Design System

  • Demonstrated communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that clearly communicate complex concepts across different audiences and levels of the organization
  • A proven ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of your design decisions
  • Achieved mastery of a core set of design skills in content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture
  • Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects with minimal direction and handling a large degree of ambiguity.
  • Comfortable with UX and Usability terminology, taxonomies and practices, including Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methods, to solve problems and innovate
  • Knows how and when to use inventories and audits, content frameworks, competitive analysis and mapping
  • Experience working on “0-1” consumer products in a startup environment
