We’re looking for a creative and technically curious Content Creator to transform expert knowledge into engaging learning experiences that help our customers master Black Duck’s application security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content.
- Create engaging eLearning modules, tutorials, videos, and courseware for developers, administrators and DevOps teams.
- Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and product updates.
- Contribute to the development of learning paths and certification programs.
- Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and technical education.
- You may occasionally be asked to help deliver live or recorded training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing training content ideally for technical audiences
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience with eLearning tools (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, or related field (preferred).
