Job Description
The Manager will report to the Consulting Director of the Greece/Cyprus/Malta/Israel cluster within the Southern Europe region of Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), focusing on Israel but potentially also working transversally across the cluster or region as needed.
The Manager will be responsible for supporting the local and wider VCA team in selling and delivering projects for Visa clients in the payment's domain. Projects are generally driven by client needs, Visa developments and market trends, but are usually expected to centre around a variety of strategic topics in the payments area, leading to specific recommendations for clients, as well as on data analytics, drawing insights from Visa’s transaction data as well as client information.
The Manager will work towards the team’s goals and be responsible for contributing to the sales and delivery targets of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team. As an example, the Manager might conduct research online, in Visa resources or through the VCA network across Europe, compile PowerPoint presentations, perform data analysis in Excel, create quantitative or qualitative benchmarks, formulate business cases for recommendations to clients, or structure a project deliverable storyline supported by the analysis performed.

Key Accountabilities
- Drives delivery of consulting projects, ensuring the project achieves the required outcomes to a defined deadline.
- Supports the business development cycle by preparing business pitches, formal proposals, project plans, and content scoping or data requirement documents.
- Effectively communicates and liaises with internal teams (e.g. VCA in Israel, VCA across Europe, wider country team, central Visa functions) to gather information, align on objectives and review outputs.
- Participates in presentations to external stakeholders at various levels of seniority and function throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepares presentations and reports.
- Extracts data from Visa tools, conducts data analysis (at Excel level) and generates insights.
- Research and reviews information sources such as online, Visa publications or past project examples.
- Conducts benchmarking, both quantitative (e.g. usage of card products across different banks) and qualitative (e.g. features of different card products).
- Structures information and develops a storyline to e.g. present insightful data, analyse market information along key dimensions or make recommendations to clients (e.g. for new product development or enhancements, initiatives to drive card usage).
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Consulting experience, preferably in client-facing roles, ideally in the Israeli
payments / Credit Cards ecosystem.
• Understanding of the payments/ risk/ credit cards and banking industry
• BS/BA is required (preferably economics, finance or business), or equivalent
professional experience.
• Excellent business analysis skills (research, market analysis, analysis of client
information to tell a story involving complex concepts)
• Advanced data skills (ability to use Excel and pivots to manipulate data in
order to draw and present insights).
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, including ability to tell a ‘story’ and structure
information effectively.
• Commercial Acumen – being able to spot an opportunity where applicable
and drive value for Visa and the Client
• Self-Driven, highly motivated and proactive with creative thinking.
• High attention to details
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
