Consultants (Data Science and Analytics) for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S (HQ: Chicago, IL). Lead client engagements. Create credible, integrated partnerships with clients to establish the successful adoption of products and solutions. Diagnose business needs, translate them into questions and architect ways to wrangle data from multiple sources. Help our clients to understand their data and how it relates to their business objectives. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Conduct quantitative analyses (e.g. data investigations, UI analyses, data model assessments) in a defect-free manner to provide valuable insights for our clients. Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Translate analytics into the stakeholder’s native language, to tell stories to make complex ideas simple and to translate our findings into measurable, data-driven actions. Develop project scope, project plans, risk mitigation strategies and manage the daily implementation commensurate with project management. Work directly with end-clients to optimize strategies and business intelligence data. Lead client calls and deck presentations. Assist manager to supervise junior team members. Technical Environment: statistics and statistical models, analytics, regression, modeling, predictive analytics; data visualization tools: Tableau, Visual Basic; data management systems & tools (Google Cloud); relational databases (structures, data schemas, data interpretation) & data quality assurance; ETL processes; Power BI; Advanced SQL; advanced Excel for large data sets (250+ MB); PowerPoint; Python, project management platform, Jira; PowerPoint; KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPA); campaign performance analysis; segmentation analysis; marketing mix optimization/simulation; marketing attribution analysis; Kantar, Pathematics, Hootsuite.Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Finance or related quantitative field plus 2 years of experience as an Analyst or with quantitative analysis or Marketing Analytics required. Required Skills: experience in analytics & strategy consulting in client facing role; advanced Excel for large data sets (250+ MB); data management systems & tools (Google Cloud); relational databases (structures, data schemas, data interpretation) & data quality assurance; ETL processes; Power BI; statistical model interpretation (models, elasticities) & extracting actionable insights from models to optimize business strategies; campaign performance analysis; segmentation analysis; marketing mix optimization/simulation; marketing attribution analysis; Jira; experience with KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPA); experience using competitive data and social listening (Kantar, Pathematics); experience leading client calls and deck presentations; excellent cross functional communication written and verbal skills; experience mentoring junior team members. Telecommuting permitted.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,000/yr - $137,700/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
