What your typical day will look like:
As a Consultant, HR Operating Office within our APAC HR Effectiveness team, you will support the delivery of HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across markets. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, the Workday Specialist team, and Change & Adoption partners to ensure changes are effectively implemented and aligned with both global standards and local requirements.
You will be hands-on in managing change requests, gathering business requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to translate needs into functional solutions. You will also support stakeholder engagement, training, and documentation to ensure smooth rollout and adoption across markets.
Core responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of change requests and defect resolution across APAC markets, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
- Capture business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective functional solutions.
- Partner with Change & Adoption teams and key stakeholders to support training, communication, and successful rollout of initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., requirements, design, technical landscape) and ensure alignment with governance standards.
- Monitor Workday releases, track data metrics, and drive continuous improvements across HR systems and processes.
A bit about you:
- Proven working experience in Workday is a must.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday modules such as Human Capital Management including Security, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation Management, Benefits Management, and/or Payroll integration etc.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system and operational workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across markets and functions.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
