Facilities Compliance and Pest Control Lead
Compliance Support – Support Facilities Team to assure Compliance requirements are met prior, during and after
execution of field activities related to Baxter facilities performed on each contractor. Responsible for managing all requirements in the Baxter Contractor Safety Program.
• Provide inspection and monitoring support for the facilities activities and/or areas to assure Compliance on
Baxter procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Review facilities SOPs to assure Compliance (procedure vs practice)
• Audit Readiness
o Review facilities documentation at random following statistical methods and report the results
o Based on the results, develop a Compliance improvement plan if necessary
o Perform internal audits and routine inspections of the areas managed by Mentor and sub-contractors
o Responsible to follow-up on trainings for all Mentor associates and facilities sub-contractors
• Assist in the investigation process for events associated to:
o Pest Control
o Facilities
o EHS
• KPIs
o Monitor and present Compliance KPIs in the Baxter’s forums
• Awareness
o Responsible to provide Compliance Awareness to Mentor associates
o Participate in Compliance Awareness Discussions
Pest Control – Support Facilities Team to assure Compliance requirements are met prior, during and after execution
of field activities related to Baxter Pest Control Program as per SOP Requirements. Trap Monitoring, Incident
Reporting and Generation as Applicable. Program trend analysis, incident root cause analysis and CAPA development
to prevent recurrence as applicable.
EHS Support – Supplement our Facilities Team on EHS requirements:
▪ Provide inspection support
• Ensure all facilities compliance with EHS applicable trainings
• Responsible for escalating any event that may impact Baxter normal operations.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to waste management:
• Accidents, incidents, spills and near misses involving personnel or contractors under supervision shall follow a
specific escalation process.
• Coordinate and document training applicable to facilities contractors
