Are you an enthusiastic and curious finance professional who wants to contribute to the ongoing battle against climate change, and really make a difference? If so, we would love to hear from you!

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a competence manager to join our Staffing Team in Hungary.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • You’ll lead discussions with colleagues to collect inputs, explore solutions, understand requirements about competences and qualifications globally as well as for each project country.
  • You will be part of shaping the content of the Competency Framework and ensure that an up-to-date Competency Framework is available for all site functions in the department.
  • To ensure that the requirements are understood and implemented by each site function, you’ll support resource managers, and leaders on sites by holding info sessions, sharing and explaining our current competency requirements, answer their questions on specific requirements, suggest solutions and share best practices on implementation.
  • Ensure that project teams in various countries, as well as manpower suppliers and subcontractors are informed of both global and country-specific qualification requirements in due time before project start, to facilitate a timely preparation of personnel.
  • Monitor the fulfillment of training requirements: support each functional group and manager with gap reports, highlighting missing trainings and suggesting potential solutions.
  • Report KPI’s on training fulfillment of the department towards global function. Advise functional managers on how to improve KPI’s.
  • Measure and compare supplier performance on training fulfillment KPI’s, highlight improvement potential towards suppliers.

What you need to make a difference

Also:

  • We are looking for a proactive and dedicated person with great communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate has a supportive, solution-oriented assertive approach to managing stakeholders and external partners.
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset is required to efficiently analyze and manage data.
  • Ability to work independently, in close alignment with team members.
  • Experience from a similar role with focus on qualification management, or coordination of suppliers is considered beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English business language is required.
  • Solid experience in using MS Office.
  • Education in Business Administration or similar field is an advantage.
