Hi, we’re TechnologyAdvice.

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world’s leading sellers of business technology.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

As a TechnologyAdvice brand, Raconteur is seeking an ambitious and proactive Community and Outreach Coordinator to manage guest sourcing, client liaison, and event delivery, with the long-term goal of enhancing Raconteur’s broader event capabilities.

In this role, you’ll go beyond event logistics to shape impactful experiences that bring top-tier business leaders together for market-leading discussions. From roundtables to webinars, you’ll curate dynamic, intimate events that engage and inspire, while collaborating with internal teams to source and onboard high-caliber guests.

This is a detail-oriented, data-driven position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with others. You’ll continuously test, refine, and improve outreach strategies—whether through email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels—to ensure our communication resonates and attracts the best guests for each event.

Location: United Kingdom, Hybrid in our central London office on Thursdays.

What you'll do

  • Build targeted guest lists derived from client needs
  • Invite and secure roundtable guests by running outreach cadences to senior business decision-makers through our sales enablement system
  • Interact with guests via phone/zoom/email to pre-qualify expectations where necessary
  • Manage senior level diaries to ensure that events happen at the required time and that delivery deadlines are hit
  • Source, book and manage small-scale, intimate in-person events
  • Have a constant scrutiny on our outreach strategy to guests, testing and tweaking when necessary to improve our conversation and attendance rates
  • Build internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure event delivery and outreach processes are optimised and as smooth as possible
  • Develop and build relationships with Raconteur’s network of leaders (and beyond) to ensure consistent engagement on an ongoing basis

Who you are

  • 1 -2 years experience coordinating small-scale, intimate roundtables, webinars, or in-person discussions
  • Willingness to learn about sales enablement platforms
  • Proven experience collaborating with commercial B2B clients or senior business professionals, demonstrating the ability to effectively liaise with Director-level and other high-ranking stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills for efficient outreach and event execution
  • Great communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to speak to a range of business stakeholders in an enthusiastic but authoritative manner
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • Someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, and who thrives on stretching the boundaries of what a role can be (i.e. opportunities to expand the role scope if you deliver against targets)

What we offer you

  • Career Growth: Advance with mentorship programs, leadership academies, and opportunities to shape company culture and DEI initiatives.
  • Private Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive coverage, including discounted gym memberships and additional perks.
  • Hybrid Working: Join us in our central London office on Thursdays while enjoying the flexibility of remote work the rest of the week.
  • ‘Work Anywhere’ Benefit: Work from abroad for up to four weeks each year.
  • Generous Time Off: Start with 25 days of holiday per year, with an additional day added for each year of service.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave: Supportive maternity and paternity leave policies.
  • Salary Sacrifice Nursery Benefit: Save on childcare costs with our tax-efficient program.
  • Life Assurance: Peace of mind with coverage to protect your loved ones.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Access free counseling and other support services.
  • Social Perks: A vibrant calendar of events to connect and have fun with your team.
