Responsibilities :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design tools ( Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Powtoon) and communication platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Design and distribute internal communications (newsletters, bulletins, posters, digital signage).
- Coordinate campaigns related to safety, quality, culture, and continuous improvement.
- Support leadership in delivering strategic messages through town halls, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure alignment between corporate and local plant communication strategies.
- Translate business objectives into clear, engaging messages for all employee levels.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create visual materials for training, safety awareness, and operational updates.
- Develop multimedia content (videos, infographics, animations) to reinforce key messages.
- Promote wellness, safety, and environmental initiatives through targeted communication.
- Assist in employee recognition programs and engagement campaigns.
Responsible for planning, developing, and/or implementing internal communications projects, using a range of media. May work with or oversee outside resources such as publishers or agencies.
