Responsibilities

  • Manage operational resolution processes for POS routing issues, reconciliation discrepancies, and critical/immediate bank failures.
  • Ensure the meticulous management and support of heavy operational and administrative workflows within the commercial business line.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and approval processes for bank contracts.
  • Actively support the POS acquisition, bank integration, and internal process tracking for both virtual and physical POS products.
  • Maintain oversight of the entire POS inventory across payment infrastructures and ensure the current status of commission/installment data.
  • Contribute to data collection and reporting for profitability, cost (POS Commissions), and pricing processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial presentations and reporting materials for senior management.
  • Ensure effective coordination and information flow with internal and external stakeholders (banks, other departments).
  • Participate in process mapping and improvement projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of commercial workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in payment systems, banking, or financial analysis is highly preferred.
  • Possesses foundational knowledge in Financial Technology (FinTech), payment systems, or banking.
  • Highly analytical thinker, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is mandatory.
  • Process-oriented mindset, passionate about organization and building systems.
  • Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, adaptable, team-player, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interest in new product, process, and project development topics.
