The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Valuer to join our thriving SA team. You'll conduct commercial mortgage valuation assignments that influence major lending and investment decisions.

Utilising JLL's advanced technology platform, you'll deliver data-driven insights that surpass traditional valuation methods, creating superior value for our financial institution clients.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships and become their trusted commercial valuation advisor

  • Deliver precise, independent property valuations

  • Conduct site inspections and detailed commercial property assessments

  • Create comprehensive valuation reports that exceed industry standards

  • Monitor commercial market dynamics

  • Utilise JLL's cutting-edge technology to enhance valuation processes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial mortgage valuation methodologies

  • Share market intelligence across our collaborative team network

  • Maintain professional CPV accreditation and ongoing education

Your Profile:

  • CPV qualification

  • Strong understanding of commercial property valuation principles

  • Analytical and numerical skills for commercial transactions

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly master new and advanced systems

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for client engagement

  • Confidence engaging with financial institutions and diverse stakeholders at all levels
