Now we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial agenda for IKEA Älmhult AB and help us create a unique "Älmhultish guest experience". The role sits within the business unit Hospitality & Hotel, which assignment is to enable a great visit and stay that comes with a unique "Älmhultish hospitality".
This is a newly created role which will involve not only increasing the capacity at the IKEA Hotel, but being part of the journey to open a new museum

In this role, you will lead the total commercial agenda, driving sustainable growth in visitation and sales while strengthening our brand and guest experience.
You will:
- Lead and develop the commercial plan and calendar
- Drive visitation, engagement and commercial performance across our offer
- Secure a seamless and relevant guest experience end-to-end
- Act as a strategic partner, bringing commercial insights to the business
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team
- Strengthen collaboration across functions and contribute to our transformation journey

- Strong experience in commercial leadership, including P&L, KPI follow-up and planning
- Deep understanding of hospitality, customer journeys and driving visitation

- A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurship with the ability to not just form plans, but the tenacity to see them through to completion
