Job Description
We are looking for a colleague, who would join professional, active, courageous team of Ignitis Renewables. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Drafting and reviewing of a wide range of commercial agreements (including service agreements, supply agreements, NDA, LoI, MoU)
- Legal counselling and assistance to business teams with KYC & other compliance matters
- Assisting to the team on daily legal matters
- Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management and other stakeholders on commercial legal matters.
Qualifications
- Master degree in law
- 3 years of work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
- Strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
- Ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize tasks.
