Commercial Finance Partner - Associate - J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (formerly Nutmeg)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business models to support new and existing investment products
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver actionable financial insights
- Analyze product profitability drivers and present findings in clear, impactful reports
- Support regulatory submissions and internal model validation reviews
- Contribute to monthly financial reports with meaningful data and analysis
- Participate in company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and ad hoc financial initiatives
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
- Ensure effective controls and governance in all financial processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Professionally qualified in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, university degree or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is desirable
- Proven ability to report complex data findings clearly to stakeholders
- Demonstrated skill in constructing detailed financial models and communicating key assumptions and outputs
- Ability to work with and manipulate multiple data sets to solve analytical questions
- Strong commitment to problem solving and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and competing priorities effectively
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and develop rapidly
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in digital wealth management or financial services
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting in financial services
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
