About the role
Drive Business Performance:
Track performance against financial top-line plans, brand share, and cash flow measures.
Lead the BPM cycle for Germany with Northern Europe teams.
Proactively drive commercial teams to understand external influences and trends impacting performance.
Business Partnership:
Drive the commercial strategy and performance agenda together with the Country Director Germany
Develop strategic approaches to annual customer negotiation strategies.
Strategic Initiatives:
Support critical initiatives that secure continued value-creating growth for Diageo in Northern Europe.
About You
We are looking for someone who can elevate our game by bringing diverse experiences from consultancy, mid-sized organizations, or large FMCG matrix organizations – ideally a mix of different perspectives.
Minimum 5 years of Finance or Commercial Finance experience.
Fluency in German
Highly analytical and numerate. Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
Business partnering skills, ability to influence senior partners.
Skilled to drive actions and decisions on the back of financial analysis.
