Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent Management & Learning Client Manager to work with business leaders to develop a talent management and learning strategy that aligns with business goals. This leader will manage a team to identify talent and curate an approach for development. The manager will design tailored learning plans and support the career development of the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of individual contributors in roles with moderate complexity and risk
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Consult with Management and Operating Committees and business leaders resulting in learning strategies and solutions to positively impact individual performance and achieve business objectives
- Partner with instructional design team to create learning strategy and solutions
- Ensure effective implementation and delivery of training and development solution
- Manage budget and resources to meet the developmental needs and priorities of a business division and the company
- Utilize deep knowledge of most aspects of learning across many business disciplines to influence, evaluate and drive new development programs and solutions to advance and drive business unit performance
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operations that have moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
- Consult with Management and Operating Committees, business leaders, more experienced managers and human resources professionals to evaluate and implement learning solutions to improve talent development, individual engagement, and retention within a business division and the company
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development Consulting
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience managing learning plans and development strategies in financial services
- Proven ability to navigate complex matrixed organizations and manage multiple stakeholders across business units
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in talent management and development planning
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Ability to consult and influence senior leaders, operating committees, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in building a culture of talent development and employee engagement
- Familiarity with risk management and process improvement methodologies
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
