Organization & Team Overview
Comcast Business Field Marketing team supports the Keystone Region Small Business, Enterprise and Market Expansion field sales teams who sell advanced technology solutions that enable businesses to achieve their outcomes.
The Field Marketing Intern will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, and work with the team comprised of a Sr. Marketing Director, Sr. Marketing Specialist, Marketing Specialist and Marketing Analyst. Projects will be focused on supporting field sales through marketing initiatives to drive results including internal/external event support, marketing campaigns and various marketing initiatives to support field sales teams in both Small Business, Enterprise and Market Expansion.

Join the Keystone Region Commercial Marketing team as a Field Marketing Intern and dive into the fast-paced world of regional marketing and sales collaboration. You will work side-by-side with a passionate, high-energy team that supports a large field sales organization gaining hands-on experience in crafting impactful marketing campaigns, designing sales contests and incentives, and driving real results. You will also support and attend regional events, when available.
As a Field Marketing Intern, you will gain grassroots marketing experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how hyper-local campaigns are built from the ground up – developing contests, incentives and activations that drive customer engagement and sales performance. You will learn firsthand how marketing connects with sales and our communities and gain valuable insights, connections and understanding of the marketing-sales partnership.
You will be working with a dynamic Marketing team to drive revenue growth, maximize ROI from events and campaigns and develop initiatives to expand Comcast Business’s presence across the Comcast Region.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Small Business, Enterprise and Market Expansion sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Assist in drafting marketing campaigns and incentive programs that boost engagement and performance
- Present Marketing materials to sales teams to drive awareness of campaigns, contest, incentives, events, etc.
- Support regional events by coordinating giveaways, ensuring on-site materials are delivered, preparing Account Executives and attending events when possible to gain hands-on experience
- Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the broader marketing strategy
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2027 - Spring 2028)
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 1 through August 14, 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $22.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
