$87,999.96/ Annual - Performance Based Compensation Reviews are conducted annually (2%,4% or 6%)

The Treatment/Clinical Director is a primary member of the Site Management and Treatment Committees.  Primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.

  • Master's degree in social work or human services and four years of related experience on residential facility management.
  • Must possess a current Florida License - LCSW, LMFT, or LPC along with CACIII.
