About the role:

You will work in a dynamic environment to accelerate our business by establishing and growing the UK business by supporting our clients in the UK while based in London. Your main responsibilities are to introduce Vistar Media to potential users and assist them in solving pre and post-campaign-related questions, or support various requests regarding VM’s features and services. You play a major role in convincing the client that our solution is the key to their profits. Reporting into the UK Country Manager, the Client Success manager will be tasked with ensuring our client base is equipped with all the tools and support needed to make the most of the Vistar Media platform.

What you'll do:

  • Become a platform expert for the Vistar Media suite of products 
  • Work across a diverse set of clients, responding quickly and effectively to their needs
  • Drive uptake of the platform and engagement from buyers of digital advertising and programmatic traders, and ensure seamless ability to transact
  • Proactively support with optimisation and trading recommendations 
  • Run managed service campaigns when needed, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Proactively setup deals across our supply, creating unique proposals for buyers against these
  • Build strong relationships with our client base

What experience we’re looking for:

  • Located in London
  • Understanding of digital advertising technology and trading; programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking and attribution
  • Trading background
  • Technical thinker who can translate complex topics into easy to understand solutions
