Client Reporting Developer
Location : Makati (Manila), Philippines
Description
The Client Reporting Developer is responsible for delivering quality outcomes for our clients when it comes to communicating and delivering financial and regulatory information to their investors across several channels. This technically focused role will be involved in the design, build, test and maintenance of our inhouse platform that ingests data to output communications and reports in a variety of different formats (XLXS, PDF, HTML).
Job specification
Develop and maintain the backend components of our fulfilment software (Quadient Inspire & Scaler)
Building and maintaining fulfilment templates in line with required specifications, including the application of business rules and conditional/dynamic content
Optimising and improving Designer workflows to ensure efficient processing
Design, implement and test business logic to achieve the right outcomes
Work with the report writing team to request any report builds or modifications required
Assist with any fulfilment and report testing and sign off
Engage with technology vendors to internally to support development
Work closely with the IT team to oversee the archiving of fulfilment outputs to Azure cloud storage
Provide technical support to the client reporting team on software features
Documentation of key infrastructure enhancements or change
Skills Required:
Tertiary qualification in commerce, technology, or a related specialisation
Natural aptitude for data analysis and interpretation
Able to demonstrate an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and release management process
Competency with programming languages (C#, Python or Java preferred)
Understanding of HTML and CSS, with experience in email design is preferred but not essential
Strong capability for understanding process and workflows
Curiosity, learning agility and enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems
Ability to multi-task across several priorities, at a fast pace, with high attention to detail
A team player with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with distribution of omni-channel communications would be advantageous
