Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact and driving business success? As a Client Manager at Kantar, you will be at the heart of managing accounts on a day-to-day basis, contributing to the efficiency and success of our business unit. Your role as a key interface between Kantar and our clients will be vital, ensuring seamless client engagement and delivering top-notch consultancy services. You will excel in study design and analysis, driving the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations and insightful reports.
In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you'll also play a crucial role internally. You'll manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll also spearhead broader business initiatives, aiming to enhance overall business performance and drive innovation.
What you will be accountable for:
- Reporting to an Associate Director you would be responsible for handling both ad hoc and tracking research across a range of clients and industries
- You’ll be responsible for running tasks across the a-z to the research process – from inputting on proposals and questionnaires to creating bespoke reports and presenting these back to clients
- The work has a strategic brand consulting focus where the ideal candidate will lead presentations and workshops with clients and the role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on growing accounts through nurturing and building strong client relationships
- Previous experience of working on multi market research would be a bonus as well as a desire to seek out the why and find a story with the data
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in market research (quantitative)
- Ability to analyse data using q or spss
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong quantitative survey design
- Strong research reporting skills; and ppt template creation
- Ability to work to tight timelines/deadlines
- Strong client management; independent decision making on day-to-day project that meets clients objectives
- Comfortable keeping regular communication with clients on project specifics
- Experience in running multi-market studies
- Brand trackers experience
