About Us:
Concierge is Ray White’s dedicated communication hub. With over 15 years experience, we have a young and energetic team who speak to over 20,000 clients every week to assist in their buying or selling journey.
Located in sunny Brisbane, this role is in-person and will work in Concierge’s Client Nurturing team, assisting Ray White and Loan Market business owners, agents and brokers with strategic communication plans to grow and succeed.
About The Role:
Our Client Success Manager will work with a portfolio of clients across the state(s) to build and maintain relationships within the Group. This will include the Ray White Corporate team and the network.
Reporting to our Performance and Business Development Manager, you will identify opportunities to grow existing Concierge business and expand into new areas. At the same time you will be building strategic relationships and campaigns focused on supporting our businesses to achieve success.
On a day to day basis you can expect to guide and support clients by providing the best possible experience and value from Concierge.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the growth of a particular portfolio
- Develop communication campaigns and strategies for offices, individual agents brokers
- Present at recruitment roadshows and training sessions to educate the network on the client nurturing service
- Build data-driven case studies to continue to show the value of the service
- Contribute to the overall monthly KPI’s and quarterly goals for the business
- Continually assist in ongoing process and systems improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Be a great role model and ambassador for the Concierge business to both our internal and external stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience:
- We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so preferred candidates would have experience in a similar role (e.g., Customer Success Manager or Specialist or Relationship Manager) or are looking for a challenge and to step up into a new role where you can thrive.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced role
- Tech savvy, able to adapt to new systems quickly
