KKR is seeking a senior professional to join the Client Reporting Team. The Client Reporting Team is responsible for providing fund and strategy support to KKR's existing clients whilst also assisting with new business pitches for prospective clients. Our goal is to provide a best-in-class client experience through high quality fund performance reporting and data analytics.
Based in the Dublin office, this new role is a unique opportunity to become part of a growing and strategic team. The successful candidate will help support our diverse investment strategies and shape the team for future growth. The role is a mix of data analysis and fund performance reporting and will also involve liaising with Senior Portfolio Managers to ensure the client materials we send externally are to a very high standard.
IDEAL EXPERIENCEA successful candidate typically will have 3+ years of experience from a consulting or fund performance background with strong analytical skills. Experience in investment banking, corporate finance or transaction services, sales and trading, or capital markets will also be considered. Ideally, the candidate will also have a strong understanding of private markets and investment dynamics.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide fund and strategy support to existing clients. Strong collaboration with Product Teams to understand each strategy and fund, to provide relevant high-quality data to clients.
- Source all performance data, at asset, fund, and investor level; analyse and review performance information received using appropriate data tools.
- Monitor pipeline of new investments and funds to ensure all data is captured and included in reporting. Strong collaboration with Investment Deal Teams to understand the nuance of each investment.
- Produce investment presentations for client meetings and marketing material for new fund launches, as required.
- Collaborate with various internal divisions to answer client requests (Product Teams, Investment Deal Teams and Portfolio Managers, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Risk).
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyse data as required to assist with investor queries or internal projects.
- Help develop methods of automation to drive efficiencies within the team and improve data quality.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality work on time; attention to detail and accuracy are fundamental skills.
- Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum, including strong data analysis skills and the ability to clearly communicate insights from data.
- Proven ability to manage demands of multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including the ability to prioritise time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while maintaining consistent attention to detail.
- Bias for action; enthusiastic, quick learner with strong intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; strong relationship development skills; comfortable working with different teams globally.
- Team player; able to fit seamlessly into a team of senior and junior professionals all focused on delivering work of exceptional quality.
- Understanding of and strong interest in financial markets and the practical issues related to private markets a plus.
