The Role

About the Role:    

As the Client Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive lead generation and client engagement. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients, helping connect them with solutions that meet their needs.

In this role, you will: 

  • Take the lead in developing and executing strategies to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover new opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM data and research to evaluate and qualify potential leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and drive conversion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Document all outreach and client interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation processes and outreach effectiveness.

  • You bring strong initiative and a results-driven mindset to your work.
  • You excel at building genuine connections and establishing rapport with a variety of audiences.
  • You are skilled at balancing persistence with professionalism in your outreach.
  • You have a keen understanding of how to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
  • You’re eager to mentor and provide support the sales and client development team.
