Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive or Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our brand’s social media presence and drive engagement, growth, and visibility across platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong content planning skills, hands-on experience with social media platforms, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
- Coordinate with Designers and Editors
- Handle Clients and Cooperate with Clients
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives
- Create captions, coordinate creatives, and ensure timely posting
- Monitor and Run Campaigns across Google , Meta, Tiktok & Linkedin Ads
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads – basic to intermediate level)
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 -4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze data and improve performance
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
