What will you be doing here?

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar no desenvolvimento e acompanhamento das iniciativas de Data Science para a Squad de Individualização de Ofertas voltada ao mercado Hispana.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Criação, implementação e monitoramento de modelos de Machine Learning de ponta a ponta, com foco em otimização de resultados de negócio e personalização de ofertas;

• Atuação em Squad Multidisciplinar, colaborando com outros cientistas, engenheiros de dados e outros especialistas;

• Atuar consultivamente para entender oportunidades, traduzir dores de negócio em soluções técnicas e apresentar resultados complexos de forma clara para stakeholders não técnicos;

• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de rentabilidade e comportamento de clientes por meio da análise exploratória de dados.

Quais os requisitos?

• Graduação completa em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;

• Sólida experiência no desenvolvimento de modelos de Machine Learning;

• Domínio de Python para Ciência de Dados e vivência prática com a plataforma Databricks;

• Experiência com PySpark.

Quais os desejáveis?

• Experiência anterior em setores de Varejo, Bancário ou Consultorias;

• Domínio de Espanhol.
