Position Overview

The Program Manager Distribution will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing global distribution programs that drive growth, strengthen channel engagement, and ensure compliance with company standards. This role will own the development, feedback, and execution of growth initiatives, rebate and incentive programs, and the authorization process for distributors worldwide.

The Program Manager will partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and regional leadership to ensure consistency, transparency, and measurable impact across all distribution programs.

The program manager reports to the Senior Channel Director and works alongside the Channel Operations Manager to make sure standard reporting is in place along with the National Account team & Regional Sales Directors to gain internal and external alignment.

The prime KPI is Orders and COGS growth across all distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate Sales, Marketing, Incentive Programs (SMIP) including Big 3 & Trailblazers.
  • Oversee all other regional and global rebate-based programs, ensuring consistent governance and clear communication.
  • Lead the development, analysis, and feedback loop for all SMIP programs globally.
  • Collection and reporting channel growth programs internally and externally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program performance and drive incremental growth in partnership with regional sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure program visibility and accountability.
  • Partner with divisions and regional sales leaders to ensure programs are effectively communicated and executed.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure accurate accruals, tracking, and payout of rebate programs.
  • Engage marketing teams to promote program benefits and success stories.
  • Organize and lead segmented summits, exclusive events, and virtual meetings as part of the Relationship Builders Program.
  • Foster collaboration and strategic alignment with distributors through the Trailblazer Leadership Council (TLC).
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive mutual growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with program requirements and track performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management, preferably within a distribution or industrial sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in organizing and leading strategic programs and events.
  • Knowledge of incentive programs, distributor management, and field enablement strategies.

Salary

$100,000 - $150,000 + 30% SICP

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
