DESCRIPTION:

As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the channel operations team. This role involves performing a wide variety of tasks, providing an opportunity to learn many aspects of channel management and operations. Your focus will be on implementing process-based support and identifying areas for process improvement. You will be integral to channel operations, including SKU enablement, with much focus on data analysis, maintenance, & reporting.

This role requires exceptional flexibility and adaptability, as priorities and initiatives may shift rapidly in response to the multifaceted market landscape and channel needs. The ability to learn quickly, maintain high quality and intent in all that you do, and actively prioritize will be critical to the success of this role and the team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Support data entry and overall SKU enablement maintenance process
  • Access and manage channel portals to support processes, pull data, and provide reporting where needed
  • Maintain and provide monthly dashboard updates, including data consolidation and archival
  • Track and report on team initiatives, including channel and team goals
  • Coordinate with the channel team to provide timely updates to all members as assigned
  • Coordinate with additional teams and functions as needed

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Beginner to intermediate-level ability with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions while providing ongoing feedback for process improvement
  • Familiarity with SharePoint platform or the ability to learn to administer the site
  • Ability to manage assigned projects and prioritize work to maintain timelines
  • Effective written and verbal communication within various settings and the ability to listen to others and incorporate feedback into output
  • Ability to work within various digital platforms to support assigned tasks
  • Ability to identify areas of concern and flag for resolution
  • Open to learning new platforms and incorporating new processes into everyday work, such as Generative AI
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and to be flexible to support changing priorities and needs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success
  • Knowledge and experience with business software applications, including Microsoft Office, MS Outlook Suite, and virtual communication tools like Microsoft Teams
