As a Channel Marketing Senior Associate on the Customer First Marketing team, you'll collaborate with strategy leads and partners to design and optimize marketing campaigns that engage customers across all business lines. Your efforts will simplify the digital experience, deepen customer relationships, and enhance engagement with our products. By managing instructional video content and marketing campaigns, you'll help shape communication strategies that reinforce Chase's value and advance our customer-first mission. You will support the recertification of instructional videos that guide customers on how to use web and mobile digital products in addition to supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with product partners, strategy leads, and execution partners to recertify videos and execute on Chase wide marketing campaigns.
Job responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of cross-business marketing campaigns and instructional video content for digital products. Coordinate updates and recertification to ensure content remains optimized and compliant.
  • Partner with strategy leads, stakeholders, and execution teams to align and execute marketing initiatives, fostering clear communication and teamwork across business units.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on strategy, on schedule, and within budget. Track progress and proactively address challenges.
  • Assist in content creation and optimization, contributing fresh ideas to enhance campaign impact and drive innovation.
  • Work with marketing leads to leverage data insights, supporting measurement frameworks and reporting to assess campaign and content effectiveness.
  • Facilitate seamless execution across channels and teams-including email, banners, brand marketing, audience targeting, analytics, and compliance-to deliver cohesive, effective communication strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Background in project management or campaign execution.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business units or functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation, especially instructional or tutorial videos.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects and marketing campaigns
  • Proven expertise in consumer marketing across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Creative, proactive, and innovative, with a strong focus on process improvement
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Excel
