Title : Channel & Activation Experience Lead (12-Month Contract)
Location : Unilever Cambodia
Key responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Set up B&W activation and experiential marketing strategies that align with category/brand objectives such as school program, factory program etc.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned total B&W activations, from initial concept and planning to logistics, on-site management, and post-event evaluation.
Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for activations, ensuring projects stay within scope and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization. (collect both quantitative and qualitative data information & report to BU to make a meaningful report for next project implementation)
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer development, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with overall brand strategy.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related degrees
Experience in agency working & on-ground activities 2 years minimum
Microsoft office experience is required
Being able to travel across locations and not limited to provinces
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both Khmer and English (written and spoken) is essential for negotiating with local vendors, collaborating with local teams, and reporting to regional management.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in agency on the area of experiential marketing, brand activations, event management, or a related field.
Strong creative and strategic thinking with a focus on execution and results.
Excellent project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and foster relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Strong understanding of market trends in experiential marketing and consumer engagement.
A creative and entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to fast-paced and growth-focused environments.
