Job Description

We are looking for a CAPITAL & INTERNAL CONTROL COORDINATOR, with passion and the vital knowledge to collaborate and contribute within our LATIN AMERICA INNOVATION CENTER in LOUVEIRA - SP. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Coordinate Capital and Fixed assets management ensuring effective inventory control and compliance based on Company policies.
  • Ensure equipment inventory and fixed assets control in the internal system.
  • Ensure proper Capitalization/FADOs/FATOs for all the Company assets.
  • Effective cost control for all the R&D Capital process.
  • Provide regular status and updates on the Depreciation costs associated to the equipment by Organization Unit.
  • Effective CSA´s (internal auditors) execution ensuring 100% compliance in the Latin America Innovation Center operations.
  • SPOC to ensure any compliance deviation/issue be properly documented and addressed according to action plan.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerBI, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in Internal Control auditing.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Reside in or have the ability to commute to Louveira - SP.
