About the Role:
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for building and managing campaigns in our Marketing Automation Platform to ensure effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives. You will play a key role in executing email and multichannel campaigns, optimizing workflows, and maintaining data integrity within our Marketing Operations stack. You will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Systems and will be located remote.

What You Will Do:
- Build, manage, and deploy marketing campaigns using Inflection.io, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to understand campaign goals and deliver operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and optimize workflows.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing operations scalability.
About You:
- Proficient in using Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Inflection, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management principles.
- Experience in workflow automation and campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with A/B testing and multichannel campaign optimization.
- Are skilled in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Understand SQL or other database management tools.
- Have a passion for exploring and implementing innovative martech solutions.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $104,000.00 - $145,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
