As a Campaign Management Intern, you’ll join our Marketing team and help bring our brand and products to life across Europe as part of the Product Marketing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion — working closely with brand, content, growth, and commercial teams.
This role is perfect for someone who’s curious about marketing in the fintech space, loves organizing projects, and wants to learn how high-performing campaigns are built from start to finish.
This role involves a fair amount of writing and will provide a hands-on experience in creating and setting up campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across key European markets.
Responsible for building audiences for email campaigns using Hightouch and Iterable
Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Design, Growth) to keep campaigns on track and consistent.
Help localize and adapt global campaigns for regional use.
Assist in building campaign assets — from briefs and timelines to performance reports.
Monitor campaign performance and gather insights for optimization.
Keep campaign documentation up to date and share updates with stakeholders.
Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to support campaign planning.
Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms and help identify new opportunities for outreach.
What you’ll bring:
Great written and verbal communication skills in Dutch + English; other European languages (Dutch, French, German) are a plus
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational, writing and multitasking skills — you enjoy managing details and keeping projects moving.
A proactive and curious mindset — you like solving problems and finding ways to improve.
Interest in fintech and/or B2B marketing
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
Basic understanding of campaign tools (e.g. project management, analytics, or email marketing platforms) is a plus, but not required.
Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn more as needed.
