Position Summary

The Account Managers are a key position within the Byram sales organization. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Account Managers are responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing on wound, ostomy and urology within a designated territory.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - 70,000 USD annually plus commission, this is a very lucrative territory. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.

Essential Job Function:

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts. Conduct meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business. 

  • Conduct pre and post calls reviews.

  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram's products, services and Managed Care Contracts.

  • Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborating with Byram's teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities.

  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary.

  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience; Healthcare sales AND/OR service based selling experience required.

  • Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
