We’re looking for experienced consultants based in Czech Republic or Poland who bring deep expertise in organisational change, operating model design, and business strategy, ideally gained in renowned consultancies or in-house strategy and innovation teams.
Your Impact
As a Business Transformation Consultant, you’ll guide clients through complex transformation journeys, working closely with senior stakeholders to define strategic visions, translate challenges into actionable roadmaps, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver lasting impact.
You will be reporting to our VP of Business Consultancy Services. This role offers a hybrid work mode. Depending on the project scope, being onsite at the client's might also be a part of the role.
We are considering multiple positions of varying seniority, so we are open to applications from candidates with different experience and knowledge levels.
Key responsibilities
- You are an expert in consulting clients along all phases of the project: from defining the initial vision and translating broad challenges into a specific roadmap, transformation programs and preparing the implementation, considering complex challenges, and create comprehensible business cases for them
- You are responsible for the development of business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational and technology perspectives. You take on the strategic development of national and international clients and develop concrete recommendations for action based on your analysis of the relationship between business goals, content, customer data, technology, media and processes
- You lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects
- Clients perceive you as a thought leader in business transformation - you fill this scope with joy and great professional confidence
- Together with the team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you develop our business consulting services
- You advise clients holistically on sales, marketing and communication strategies, considering organizational factors, processes, and business management with your excellent understanding of organizations, operating models, technology and commercial strategy
- You have a comprehensive view of communication approaches and measures and a thoughtful understanding of the strategic positioning of companies/brands/people
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, ideally within a top-tier consultancy firm or in a strategic role within industry/startups.
- Strong expertise in organisational transformation, change management, and business strategy.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience leading transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
- Passion for topics such as operating model design, innovation, process optimisation, CRM, and customer experience.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study. A higher degree, Ph.D. or MBA is an advantage
