We are searching for the best talent for Business Technology Site Leader to be in Galway
As the business technology Site Leader, you will serve as the single point of contact for the Site Leadership Team (LT) and manage all business requests and escalations related to the technology services. This role is critical in ensuring effective communication and partnership between the Neurovascular the Technology Leadership teams to identify opportunities and address specific needs and to drive the success of the Neurovascular Galway site in executing the J&J MedTech Neurovascular strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for Site LT and all business requests/escalations.
- Accountable for Site Reliability and IT Product Roadmap
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to implement technology solutions to support the growth of the business.
- Participate in BP Planning for 2026 onwards.
- Take charge of Site Technology Projects Management, including IT Budget management and TARO submissions.
- Oversee the successful execution of technology projects, including transition/roll out plans, training, and change management.
- Facilitate New Project Requests & Solution Intake submissions.
- Develop and manage the Cybersecurity Strategy Roadmap in collaboration with ISRM.
- Facilitate and support initiatives driving efficiency in new product development processes from early device ideation to manufacturing pilot line and scale-up.
- Manage Audit Support, including intake, submissions, and ongoing support throughout the audit process for our requirements.
- Provide Vendor Management Support for standalone equipment and lab applications.
- Collaborate with TS on Site Factbook Management.
- Oversee Change Approvals for Business downtime windows.
- Conduct Bi-weekly Meetings with TS SDL to ensure alignment and communication.
- Stakeholder engagement and management across the business, onsite and offsite.
About You:
You are a proactive leader with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and ensure site needs are met effectively. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will be essential in leading our technology services at the Neurovascular Galway site.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in site leadership or management roles within a technology or research environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes as well as infrastructure support services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity strategies and budgeting processes is a plus.
